• How it Works

  Every bouquet we make is uniquely different, the designs shown on our site are shown to demonstrate the style
  & vibe of our designs. We do not promise specific flowers as their availability is based on the season, grower supply and demand.

  All our designs are custom made by skilled floral designers *Minimum 4 weeks advance order is required, we need time to order the flowers for your big day. However we recommend you book up to 1 year in advance to avoid disappointment. We only accept one a la carte wedding a week. *Choose your event date and contact details during checkout & make your payment online.   *Let us know which day you need your flowers for. Pick up is available at Aspen Florist Tuesday-Saturday. We are closed Sunday-Mondays. All Online wedding orders are for pick up only. Choose  Pick up in the check out and leave us a note with the date and time you prefer.

  IMPORTANT: Our wedding availability is limited. We pride ourselves on exceptional service and therefore we do not accept weddings during our busiest retail season or during our vacation time.

  Please note: We do not book weddings from: Dec 10th- Jan 10th

  We do not offer weddings May 1st-16th during Mothers Day Prep.

  You understand, All sales are final / no cancellations of online wedding orders. These blooms have to be ordered well in advance and are non-refundable at the supplier level. 

Due to the custom nature of our wedding florals and the advance ordering of fresh product, all à la carte wedding packages are non-refundable. Once your order is placed and confirmed, all sales are final and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
